Learning and Skills Council Board of Directors Assessment Centre
This project involved designing and managing an Assessment Centre for three director positions on the board of the Learning and Skills Council. Carrying out job analysis and developing a competency framework.
We supplied our own Psychologists and trained internal assessors. Designed bespoke assessments and successfull managed an assessemnt process that was potentially sensistive for the candidates and the Learning and Skills Council. Feedback reports were written for the interview panel and the unsuccessful candidates.
Not only was this Assessment Centre methodologically robust but it was designed and delivered in a very short time scale (2 weeks). The feedback from the client and the candidates was very favourable. Three new board members were selected to the Learning and Skills board of Directors.
